II. CAR Test Credible Results

I. Detox Enzyme Genetics

Its about credibility.

Schnakenberg 2007 - 52% of a 543 population sample upon filling out a questionnaire - not an MCS subject group. The study strongly suggests those with a GSTT1 or GSTM1 deletion are more adversely affected by chemical exposure  - not necessarily MCS. Conversely, Berg 2010, and Deluca 2010 with diagnosed MCS subjects found no difference in enzyme genetics including GSTT1 and GSTM1 - strongly suggesting those deletions have a relatively minor role in MCS cases.

One or both of the GSTT1 and GSTM1 deletions occur in over 50% of the population (Piacentini 2011,  Block 2011, Ginsberg 2009, Hayes 1995) - common deficiency. The vast majority of people - no matter how severe the exposure - including those with deletions - will never manifest MCS - because usually required is a portrait genetic sensitivity rather than a candidate gene (Block 2012) - including genetic quantitative differences in TRP receptors, acid sensitive pathways, and neuropeptide release of the airway epithelial sensory innervation  (Veronesi 2001, 2000, Roy 2000, Jung 1921). - a neurochemical inflammatory response - mediators into the circulation (Dantoft 2014, Deluca 2010, Millqvist 2005, Kimata 2004) - systemic inflammation interfering with metabolizing and antioxidant detox enzyme expression (Deluca 2010, Liptrott 2009, Oslund 2008, Chun 2002, Sterner-Kock 1999, Tinel 1999, Tanabe 1996, Tapner 1996, Nadin 1995, Stadler 1994, Khatsenko 1993).

II. CAR Test

Consensus article 3a is about autopsy, biopsy, laboratory experiments and plasma measurements - top experts making determinations - only then is credibility established.

All are invited to Consensus author article 3a for professional journal publication indexed to medline.

If not professionally qualified - and recommended for everyone - passing CAR Test allows authorship.

Patiently one SPC at a time - CAR Test may seem a foreign language - but there is learning by context. Selecting answers for the 35 SPC - most easy to identify - passing the test - may result in considerable literacy on this subject.

After submitting test answers and informed of any failed SPC - simply resubmit answers until all SPC are passed.
